I actually really like your name! I think it has an awesome vintage sound that is interesting and not at all boring like so many of the trendy names. Your name seems to me very lady-like and elegant, but also rather bold and spunky, and there aren't many names like that in my opinion. Georgina also reminds me of the character with that name in Pride and Prejudice, who was incredibly likable.
