For Bush's Tax reb. If I made 25000 for 2007 and my husband didnt work at all in 2007 I?

For Bush's Tax rebate, If I made 25000 for 2007 and my husband didnt work at all in 2007or ever will I make the bracket for this Tax rebate? Will I get 600 or will we get 1200 because I filed jointly for 2007 and 2006 but both years I was the only income. I made I think 25000 this year? Do I make the bracket? If he wasnt working 2007 even though I worked and still filed jointly each time do we still get 1200. It wouldnt be right for families with stay at home moms, although I have no children either. Some one educate me on this Bush crap. Do both parties have to be working to make it for 1200 or do you just have to be married and make the bracket?
