What in the world is a "babyface"?

I'm not talking about the writer/singer/producer guy. I'm actually wondering what a babyface is. What's it look like?? I know it's when you are like past puberty and still have a "cute" face. So how do you treat babyfaced people? Do you subconsciously treat them like kids?
