How to learn how to sing like this? PLEASE HELP!?

It's partly being able to actually reach the octaves, and also feeling what you're singing and interpreting it through your voice. Adding twists on the song can help, but it's sort of like saying something in a monotone and then saying something and meaning it. But you sound silly if you can't actually sing first.
