I need help...........?

i cant handle anythign anymore idk what to do i so over whelmed and idk what to do i try destracting myself and everything but its not working and i feel suicidal rly bad and i did self harm and its rly bad and i dont want to go to the er and i already called a hotline and they didnt help i tried everything....
