Do you think a jury trial for a contested violation would be a good idea(read on....)?

Let's say I get a violation notice for a perfectly reasonable answer and the answer is removed and I'm fined 10 pts. I would like to contest it; instead of sending a useless e-mail to Yahoo, I have the option of sending the question to a jury for an extra cost of 5 points. Well, every Y/A user(Level 2 or above) from time to time gets a "jury duty" notice that requires them to vote guilty or not guilty on a violation. They have 3 days to cast their vote. If they fail to do, they are fined 10 pts indefinately, and the disputed question gets transferred to somebody else on the jury(another Y/A user Level 2+). Each disputed question or answer gets 7 jurors. When the jury member casts his/her vote, he/she recieves 10 points. If the defendant is guilty, they lose their 10 points for the violation, the 5 points for contesting, and their question or answer is deleted. If the defendant is not guilty, they get their 5 points back for contesting, plus the 10 point pentalty.
