Any ideas for toddler bday party in Feb (in Houston)?

I'm not crazy about hosting a bday party at my home, but I need some ideas to celebrate my little boys 3rd bday. The party will be in February in the Houston area (most attendees in NE Hou area), and I don't want to spend a fortune. All ideas are welcome!
