Can pregnancy be a pre-existing condition when you are eligible for coverage as per HIPAA portability laws?

You should be able to fight it because I was under the impression that under Federal Law, pregnancy could NOT be considered a pre-existing condition. How you would go about fighting it though is beyond me. I wish you the best of luck.
