For years in Elections it was they are Voting for someone they can have a beer with,Is that only OK for Some?

People on this site are vilifying Blacks for voting for Obama, but all my life I have been hearing "they vote for the one they can have a beer with" Why is it Normal, even excepted when Whites vote along Cultural lines but Racism when it's Possible that some Blacks may do the same thing. Is this do as I say not as I do Politics.
