I remember a tv show from the late 70's i thought it was called cliffhanger but i can't remember?

it was a kinda twilight type show and in the opening credits they showed so woman on a exercise belt machine the ones that were suspossed to shake the fat off you and she is hanging out the window not much to go on thanks
