Ive got a real legal problem here. help?

so, ive got three charges on my hands two felony's and one misdemeanor two felony;s are retaliation, and theft over 2500 less than 25000, and the misdemeanor is theft over 50 under 500, but heres the real part to all of this, i didnt do any of them, let me start from the beginning, me and my buddys were realy close and all, i had a car, but it broke down, i let the car sit in front of his house with the friends consent, i had bought another car, same type just uglier and he also let me sit in front of the house, but one day i came to his house and saw a unknown motorcycle, i had asked him where he had got it, but all he told me was he bought it for 200 dollars off a guy, clearly not being a 200 dollar bike, but rather a multi thousand dollar bike. obviously, i just decided to leave, the next night i got a ride home form work seeing cops all in the front of his house, i was like okay. im getting my cars out of there. so i had moved my black car the 99 to my apartment and the red car the 97 or the ugly one to another friends apartment, and me and my buddy got in a little arguement not over the cops being there but ijut couldnt stand getting in trouble hanging out with someone like that... i mean i was okay with th occasional mayhem we cause ie: go up to the bowling alley and make a scene... but thats it, but one day i spend the night at my buddys apartment where the red 97 car was staying and it has a flat tire... i mean i bought the car and it has dry rot on the tires... and at that point i didnt want the car anyways... so i just gave the red car to my buddy, that lived in the apartment,( lets just call him john, and the buddy that had the cops in his house ove the bike nick,) so when i woke up that morning at that apartment, my buddy was like omg, there are cops lookig in the explorer! i was like.. well i gave you the car, you deal with it... but i had really gave him that cara while back, actaully when it went to the apartment,, like 2 weeks before this, i didnt have the title in my name nor his name, we bought the car titleless, but when i went outside to get a ride home i noticed the car on 3 wheels... i was like what happend, he told me he stolea tire off of a car the same type, and put it on his car.. i called him stupid and left. and left the red car too... so bein a nice friend i gave him my cars spare since they are both the same types of cars and he decided t drive it around no license no windshield no rear vew mirros, the list goes on... and to find out he helped the friend of mine take the motocycle too, i had stopped talking to both of them i sold my black car, and i heard the red one got towed... but 3 months later i have charges of theft over 50 under 500 for a stolen tire... retaliation, apparently when the people took my friends tire off his red car the 97 he decided to bash out their window, and last but not least, the theft over 2500 under 25000 for my friends stupid mistake of taking that motor cycle? i have proof that i worked from 5-10 on the theft over 50 under 500 and the retaliation and my girlfriend can state that i was with her everyay during that month, im still looking into when the motocycle was taken, but i know i was working and even so, i have a pulsive girlfriend, she knows where i am at what i am doing 24 7 so i was with her then too... i had to bond out on all 3 charges... and i have gotten paper work showing i worked those two days waiting to see when the felony theft was so i can get paper work for that, and also anything linking me to these cases are the fact that it was my red car, and statements. especilly for the felony theft... any feedback would be gratly appreciated! and if u wana really give me advice email me aat brianmolina2010@aol.com
