My best friend can't see she is being used by men!!!???!!!!!?

well my best friend is 14 and we are nt the popular ones at school we are sort of the geeky ones who every1 picks on. well recently my friend met a guy who is 25. and she is meeting him regulary. i told her he can't be trusted stay awa from him, and thats when she decidesto tell me they habe been "going out". she sad he really loves herand she loves him and she told me they have had , snogged and she has even had . she said he told her that his m8s r jealous of her and they want to spend time with her nd she said he gave her money and an i phone so that she can spend nights with his m8s. i told her tis is wrong he is abusng you and she told me no its no coz i like it. i spoke 2her mum and her mum was awre of this but is helpless as her daughter will commit suicide if the guy is jailed or if they stop meeting. this is terrible and i cant bear it. he comes in a car after school everday 2 get her and park up near the local car park and snog ad touch eachother. my friend is too dopey and innocent to realise its wrong and its hr first relationship so she is bound to whatever she is told. wht can i do !!!?????
