Please help me with my Magic the Gathering Deck(Need Lots of Help)?

I recommend 24 lands, 20 spells and 16 creatures if you're playing burn. Also, try to balance the converted mana costs (All the costing mana on the card combined). So have big and small creatures and spells. Also try to stay burn for red.
