Ring Worm spreading throughout my body, Please I need opinions?

Hello, I have had this ring worm for 4 months now. I got it right after I had my baby in september of 09, it started on my head, then it went on to my stomach, they just keep pooping up in many different areas in my body, Thankfully I haven't got them in my privates yet. Anyway I have already been to the doc and they prescribed me a shampoo and a strong cream, I also have a 2 week followup appointment to see if I'm going to need something stronger. I keep telling the docs that I need something orally but they refuse to give me something due to the fact that I was feeding but I decided to stop, since I got the ring worm on my , so now my baby got infected with the ring worm!! I can't stand this anymore I need to get rid of it. Has anyone gone through something like this before? Any suggestions
