Should i not let him play with this toy?

so my little brother who is 4 brought home a yoyo from a health fair today at my dad's work. the yoyo says on the back that according to prep. 65 of california they must inform you that the yoyo's paint may contain lead. do you think i should let him play with it or do you think its okay? i mean it was a health fair, i doubt they would give away toys that will kill children
