Vegetarians, I call upon you for your istance!!!!?
i have been vegetarian almost all my life (a few bites as a little kid of meat) and the best way to ease into being vegetarian is to lose certain meats one at a time. fish, chicken, beef, pork, all one at a time. if you crave meat, eat the vegetarian version of it. boca burgers, morning star farms, and veggie recipes help A LOT! try vegetarian chili and tacos, burgers, tofu, beans, lentils, dairy (unless you want to be vegan), nuts, and more! but steer clear of a dye in a lot of foods called Red #40. its not vegetarian! its made from beetles and spread that to vegetarian friends, because a lot of people dont know. good luck and never doubt what you want -- its your body, so do what you think is right for it. hope i could help!
