What is a NRI Security Clearance?

I already have a DOD-S DOJ-S and a CDC-SA, and was just told I have to apply for what I think was called an NRI clearance. Does anyone have this? What division is it for? What level is it? Will there be another investigation process to go through? I need some basic info basically.
