is this the best way to go? what other schools are there? im going to do the patisserie and baking program... im mostly interested in cakes for now... designing them... decorating wedding cakes... who knows.. i may be best at working with sugar or chocolate... but i want to know is this the right school? any other suggestions? anyone go there? did you like it? thank you very much for your help, really need it right now :)
